Weekly Maintenance 

· (4) one hour phone calls or zoom meetings per month to discuss progress and review solutions.

Monthly Maintenance 

· (2) one hour phone calls or zoom meetings a month to discuss progress and review solutions.

Quarterly Maintenance 

· Phone call or zoom session totaling 3 hours of technical assistance.

Semi-Annual Maintenance is a check

· Phone call or zoom session totaling 4 hours of technical assistance.

Annual Maintenance 

· Phone call or zoom session totaling 5 hours of technical assistance.

Intensive Onsite Package

If an onsite visit is the solution arrived upon, round trip airfare will be reimbursed to Primitiv not to exceed $1000 for roundtrip domestic air travel.  Lodging not to exceed $250 per night. Rental car not to exceed $200 per day depending on distance to and from point of contract; gas may also be a factor in reimbursement. Onsite daily charge is $720.00.
